The ultimate goal of the A.CURE Foundation is to build a state of the art building to serve as our headquarters in Flint, Michigan.This building will serve as the flagship module that we hope will lead to the construction of other A.CURE Foundation chapters in major cities.
The blueprint of the structure is still being worked on. The builing is to consist of:
A meet & greet area at the entrance, a Bookstore,
2 Large classrooms able to seat 100-200 people,
7 smaller classrooms able to seat 30-60 people,
2 meditation rooms,
a gym and recreation area,
1 lounge area,
1 large kitchen area
and a dining area able to seat 150-300 people.
What will be taught at the A.CURE Foundation?
There will be various classes taught to kids,women and men on:
1. Self Improvement
2. Business & job skills training,
3.How to speak Arabic, Spanish, Amharic, Swahili & other languages.
By teaching inner-city children different languages, we can open the doors to the world politically and economically. In this technology driven society, being bi-lingual in today's society open the doors to multiple employment opportunities here in US and abroad.
We also plan to build a Women's Shelter to assistance abused women and children. We also look forward to having programs to help with people with alcohol, gambling and substance abuse issues. Our goal is to make our community better, one person at a time.
